Database Management Services

To take advantage of this low cost, high quality service it is not necessary that you do your mailings with us. We can email your list to you or whatever organization or business is handling your mailings whenever you want.

Our approach to list management and the technologies we employ enable us to not only offer the highest levels of quality, accuracy and quick turnaround, but address your need for data security and confidentiality.

It is currently estimated that 17% of the U.S. population moves every year. If you are not keeping up with these address changes you are not just losing sales, but also money spent on mailing to someone who is no longer there.

Take the stress out of maintaining your mailing list and at the same time free up your employees to concentrate on your business. Let us manage your list and improve its deliverability. We manage lists that contain as few as 2,000 records and as many as 2,000,000.

1. We code each valid address so that the eleven digit barcode can be generated to get the lowest postage rate.
2. We can code each record in your list so that you can either solicit from a particular group or the whole list.
3. We will constantly monitor for duplicate addresses in any one of three configurations you choose.
4. We attempt to correct faulty addressing so that each address in a mailing will get the lowest postage rate possible.
5. We set up a program where you can get address changes from the USPS (US Postal Service) when you do a mailing at a 73% reduction over the regular rate.

1. Set up fee: $25.00 (one time charge).
   • This includes downloading your list into our system, CASS Certifying the list plus marking each address that the USPS says has a problem.

3. CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) Certification: Free with set up.
   • After set up only those records where the address changes or a new address is added will be processed. This costs $0.12 per address. Although the USPS requires all addresses to be re-CASS certified every 90 days you pay for only those address that are new or have changed.
   
   
4. Address change program: No set up fee.
   • We will set you up to receive low cost address changes from the USPS each time you do a mailing. The normal USPS cost is $0.75 per change. Under this program they only cost $0.20. A 73% savings.
   
   
5. Invalid Addresses Correction: $0.35 per address checked (this service is optional)
   • We will attempt to correct any address that the USPS, via CASS Certification, says is invalid. An invalid address is one which can not get the zip+4 and as a result is mailed at a higher postage rate. Not all addresses can be fixed but experience has shown us that enough can be corrected that this service will more than pay for itself over several mailings.
   
   
6. Storage Fee: $10.00 per month
   • The purpose of this fee is to help pay for the hardware and software we use to maintain a managed list.
