Mailing List Presorting Service   order form

Our software presorts your mailing list to get the lowest possible first class, standard and periodical postage rates, without you having to purchasing expensive software, whether you automate or not. Also our software is licensed by the US Postal Service.

Our presorting system will:

  • CASS and DVP certify your list.
  • Put your list in the required presort order for automation or non-automation 1st class, standard or periodical mail (profit or non-profit).
  • Create an endorsement line for each record showing what tray or sack they belong in.
  • Put a delivery point barcode with each certified record allowing you to do an automation mailing to get the lowest postage rates.
  • Remove duplicate records if you order this service.

If you also order our NCOA processing with list presorting it will:
  • Search for address changes in the US Postal Service NCOA Database as far back as 48 months.
  • Automatically makes the necessary address changes to your list.
  • Uses LACKSLink to update rural routes to street addresses.
  • Uses SuiteLink which adds or corrects suite numbers.
  • Improves deliverability.
  • Codes undeliverable addresses. Making it easy to remove them.
  • Lowers postage and processing costs.
  • Generates an address change list for you of the new changes (see sample below).

  • List Presorting Only
    • Up to 15,000 addresses - $2 per 1,000. Minimum Charge $20.
    • 15,001 to 50,000 addresses - $1.50 per 1,000.
    • Over 50,000 addresses - $1.25 per 1,000


  • List Presorting with NCOA
    • Up to 15,000 addresses - $3.25 per 1,000. Minimum Charge $25.
    • 15,001 to 50,000 addresses - $2.50 per 1,000.
    • Over 50,000 addresses - $2.00 per 1,000.


  • Duplicate Address Removal
    • $0.75 per 1,000. Minimum Charge $5


  • Address Labels - Do you require address labels? Our labels will have all the necessary information on them. All you have to do is put them on the mail piece

    • 3-1/2 X 15/16 label that accommodates a basic four address lines.
      • Cost: $6.00 per 1,000. Minimum Charge $12.00
    • 3-1/2 X 1-7/16 label which can accommodate six address lines.
      • Cost: $11.50 per 1,000. Minimum Charge $12.00
    • Shipping & Handling: FedEx Charge plus $3 handling (FedEx only).
      • We will ship FedEx ground unless you request faster delivery.

CASS, DPV and NCOA Service   order form

To receive the lowest postage rates, the Postal Service requires you to mail using automation compatible standards. CASS and DVP certification is the first step in this process (see below). You can also use our NCOA process that searches for address changes and automatically updates your list. NCOA is the US Postal Services' database of address changes requested by individuals, families and businesses. NCOALink allows mailers access this database to retrieve these address changes. Coupled with LACKSLink (updates rural routes to street addresses) and SuiteLink (adds or corrects suite numbers) it gives mailers the ability to lower printing and processing costs by eliminating undeliverable addresses and at the same time improves deliverability of the remaining addresses.

Our NCOA option utilizes not only NCOALink, LACKSLink and SuiteLink, but also CASS and DPV certifies your mailing list for a very low cost. Plus our software is licensed by the US Postal Service.

Our CASS/DPV certification process does the following:

  • Attempts to match each address to the postal service's national database. Each match can be mailed at the lower automation rates saving you money.
  • Generates a CASS report to go with your other postal reports (see sample below).
  • Standardizes addresses, removes punctuation, and changes street designations to their approved abbreviation and more.
  • Provides the carrier route for each matched address.
  • Creates a delivery point barcode for each matched address.
  • Generates an error report showing which addresses did not match.
Our NCOA process does the following:
  • Includes CASS and DPV certification.
  • Codes undeliverable addresses making it easy to remove them.
  • Automatically makes the necessary address changes to your list.
  • Lowers postage and processing costs.
  • Generates an address change list of the new changes (see sample below).

Duplicate Removal Services   order form
